My role as CEO at Stead Impact Ventures is the culmination of my career journey to ignite my curiosity, provide a deep sense of meaning and fulfillment, while nurturing the next generation of investors and entrepreneurs to make a difference. Leading up to my role at Stead Impact Ventures, I served as Chief of Staff for Clarivate overseeing our Customer Delight program, designed to improve our customers’ experience, building customer-centric operational models across Clarivate, leading M&A integrations and Sustainability. I also planned and directed administrative, financial, and operational activities for the office of the CEO to improve Clarivate’s execution, capabilities and results.Before Clarivate, I spent 25 years of my career in the public sector, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the University of Iowa Center for Advancement, where I led strategy and oversight of the organization’s $2B operations and assets and served on the University of Iowa's strategy team. I held numerous roles with the UI Center for Advancement, including CFO, and as a CPA I started my career with a public accounting firm in the private sector.
