I’m seeking a Leadership role where I can utilize my communication and leadership abilities and am the perfect fit for this role because I have skills related to problem solving & synthesis, quantitative analysis & risk mitigation, presentation expertise, ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, Spanish speaking, evaluation, project management, people management, and communication.I have used these skills as evidenced by volunteering with 5 organizations in the education field, as evidenced by 3 projects on insurance claims processes, and as demonstrated by implementing 9 of software tools including Microsoft Word, Excel,Maestro, Five Nine, JobNimbus, and Salesforce.I have expertise in performance management by finding innovative solutions to maximize the efficiency of the claims process as shown by being the first person at EMC to include drones in inspections. I also have expertise in change management by training and evaluating new materials and or technology that is being introduced to the company. I have the ability to identify process pain points by creating and reviewing job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity.In addition, I have the following qualifications:Talented project manager with experience aiding in the training and evaluating new materials and or technology that is being introduced to the company, as demonstrated by attendance at 6 successful conferences, including the General Aniline & Film conference.Ability to manage stress in catastrophic situations as demonstrated promptly and effectively handling claims, face to face and via phone, to resolution for 3 different companies.Communication skills and time management skills to provide efficient service to insureds in all of Eastern Iowa and parts of Western Illinois as evidenced by 7 projects on time management and communication with Nationwide, EMC, and Schooling.I want to serve an organization that prizes balance, accountability and adaptability among its employees.
