• Provide ultimate customer service experience for 25 plus Key accounts• Weekly maintenance and valuation of 25 plus Key accounts • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate clients’ needs• Managed the complicated administrative task such as business transfers, genealogy changes, and nonprofit applications• Work with Coaches on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues related to credit card fraud to minimize any unforeseen impact on their organization• Proactively conduct weekly outreach via phone to Coaches delinquent with fees, minimizing contacts, complaints and delays in commission payouts• Answer general inquiries regarding products, services, order information, Coach accounts order and sales volume; cross-functionally work to troubleshoot orders, systems, and other escalated issues
