Certified Career Coach with over 15 years of experience and record of success in WIOA program administration, case management and community resource linking. Providing services to the following participants groups: JTPA, WtW, WIA, WIOA, TAA and RTW, including counseling, advising, planning and monitoring. Responsibilities are include, but not limited to,-Interview clients to obtain information about employment history, educational background, and career goals, and to identify barriers to employment.-Coordinate services to WIOA participants, including counseling and career advising.-Career planning, career assessment and job search software for participants on individual basis careers assessment.-Provide individual and/or small group counseling to participants regarding career planning, career choice, and setting career goals.-Assist in recruitment events and job fairs-Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver WIOA policies and procedures for implementation of service delivery system.-Refer participants to community resources for services such as job placement, legal aid, housing, prescription drugs or financial assistance, and provide concrete information such as where to go and how to apply.-Maintain participants records in compliance with agency's policies and procedures.
