- Investigate and determine at-fault parties in interpersonal incidents: take statements, conduct witness and participant interviews, and review other evidence (including but not limited to video, history, and additional stakeholder input)- Apply knowledge of educational law, policy, and procedure to determine and assign consequences for incidents- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders within established deadlines and in a professional manner in a high-stress, fast-paced environment- Accurately maintain records and analyze and interpret data for more than 300 clients

- Organize, develop, and deliver onboarding for new team members and ongoing training for existing team members- Develop and deliver a variety of training materials and activities to engage diverse learning styles for face-to-face, blended, and virtual learning for up to 200 participants- Serve as an expert in instructional design and adult learning principles for peers- Develop and provide resources and support for staff on instructional techniques, content strategies, curriculum implementation, and technology

- Analyze data from formative and summative assessments to improve learning and achievement- Tailor presentations and instructional practices to a diverse group of participants- Serve as mentor and coach for new and pre-service employees- Organize all production and logistical aspects of small-scale and medium-scale projects: theatrical productions, concerts, state performance events, and festivals
