Working collaboratively with Council and the administration we delivered a 0% tax increase for 2021. In 2020, I launched a strategic planning initiative for the Township to create a pathway for the future of Willingboro with inputs from a diverse group of stakeholders, residents, employees, business owners, and plan to reach implementation in Fall 2021. Through the implementation of a performance management process for senior municipal leadership requiring SMART goals and developing a 5-year capital planning process I have increased emphasis on accountability for the administration. With a renewed focus on economic development, I facilitated discussions to rewrite the outdated Township’s Master Plan using an inclusive planning process to establish the long-term planning document and guide for future growth and development; we are on track to have a new Township Master Plan in Spring 2022. By resolution, I designated Juneteenth as a holiday for Willingboro Township and launched the inaugural Juneteenth Day Festival. -
