Ensure program staff is complying with contractual requirements of service delivery.Conducts file and computer audits, document results, design corrective action procedures.Review and report staff compliance data to leadership team.Provide requested data in a timely manner to the leadership team.Determine, document and forward any areas that need improvement to management.Review current policies and regulations to ensure program quality standards.Review documentation in files and Virginia Workforce Network system ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.Create and maintain a database to track errors and corrections.Work with leadership team and staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency of processes.Create customized reports and presentations to present program performance to Workforce Investment Board.Review and/or recreate all forms for accuracy and efficiency.

Create and expand a training program for the loan operations department to provide tools for leadershipManage Loan Operations Business Continuity Plan via content review, system outage drills, and procedure creation.Promote employee development by creating and maintaining progress reports and succession plans.Facilitate employee feedback meetings and relay information to leadership to promote awareness and employee engagement.Identify training needs and implement cross-training initiative.Coordinate regular meetings with the leadership team to inform of changes in procedure and training needs.Promote use of company provided training.Act as liaison between human resources training area and the department.
