Hired to be the right-hand to the owner, and it just got more interesting from there! I was able to dive in feet first and hit the ground running, learning everything from the Epicor software program to the reason different hay equipment needed to be made from 3/16 steel instead of 1/8... I was there to see the company transition from what could be described as a small mom-n-pop shop into a thriving professional company that is now one of the top in their field. From day-to-day data entry, to creating and implementing new marketing campaigns, to helping warm up an abandoned baby calf on a cold winter day, I REALLY did experience it all. My boss always said, "one day, when you own your OWN business, you'll look back and say 'my old boss said,'" and she was right. ;)

Managed a marketing room of appointment setters and surveyers in a telemarketing setting. Kept up to date on telemarketing laws. Verified appointments with customers. Dispatched salesmen on route appointments.
