I currently handle all of the accounts payable and receivable, ordering and receiving materials, entering estimates, payroll, safety and all other areas associated with office and accounting management.

Supervise eleven employees, schedule work hours, assign employees to specific tasks, engage in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records and preparing daily record of transactions,prepare payroll, create and monitor annual budgets, prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy, train assistant managers, ensure compliance of employees with established security, risk management, sales and record keeping procedures and practices, conduct annual staff evaluations, goal setting and weekly staff meetings,Help coordinate volunteer work annually for Steamboat Marathon, Mountain Madness, 10k@10,000 ft. & Green Up Clean Up Day, oversee merchandising and assist with the buying of store merchandise, Order merchandise and prepare requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand, formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability of store operations.
