- Managed production aspects of up to 350 styles for an average of 240 open orders.- Conducted weekly production update meetings with Sales/Tech/ Design teams, to review and resolve production concerns in order to ensure the quality and delivery of all open orders.- Monitored factory T & A for all open orders and alerted all parties of critical points/issues in the production cycle.- Requested, tracked, received and distributed fabric/strike offs/lab dips/packaging/fit and sales samples/submits, to the appropriate teams; working with each department to prioritize commenting.- Corresponded daily with overseas and internal parties to follow-up, addressed and resolved day-to-day production issues/concerns.- Reviewed, entered, submitted and confirmed all new orders place with assigned factories per programs.- Updated Blue Cherry company software and overseas vendors with all order revisions.- Worked with the internal Compliance department and overseas vendors to approve price tickets, labels, polybags, carton packing and carton labeling, layouts and placements to ensure customer requirements were met for cross dock and non cross dock orders.- Created packing distribution spread sheets for vendors producing orders for private label customers: Sears, Kmart and Shopko.- Confirmed shipment bookings with Logistics department and followed up for shipping documents from vendors.- Researched, negotiated and settled customer charge backs with overseas vendors for violation penalties received from the customer.- Rapidly learn and assist in training new production department hires on Russell Newman Brands database systems (Blue Cherry, LeanOE, Access database systems). Also, recently completed Microsoft excel certificate course.

- Worked closely with production/sales/design teams to serve as a liaison between the overseas and NY offices to achieve a product that met Haddad's quality standards and complied with Children's Safety Guidelines for Dickies Brand, Levis Boys and accessories (Levis/Jordan/Nike Brand/Nike Team).- Created/updated submittal tracking sheets for weekly meetings and followed up with overseas vendors on pending approvals.- Assisted the technical design team to measure, fit and comment on fit and pre-production samples- Aided CTL coordinator to prepare applications and samples to be sent to the consumer testing laboratories.
