About Tiffany Cannava

As the Vice President of GKollaborative, nonprofit organizations bring me on to help them reach the next level allowing for expansion locally and/or nationally. I provide guidance by developing fundraising plans, strategic plans, board restructuring, executive coaching, staff optimization, and role clarity. As a consultant, I bring my non-profit leadership experience to the table with a proven ability to build and lead dynamic development programs, including major gifts, capital campaigns, galas, peer-to-peer fundraising, and government/private grants. I specialize in donor and staff relations, excel in the ambassador role, and have over 30 years of experience with nonprofit education and social service organizations in board development, operations, staff restructuring, budgeting, strategic planning, and program management. I am a collaborative team-builder working alongside board members, volunteer committees, and all levels of staff. My current clients include Miami Waterkeeper, Voices for Children, Guitars Over Guns, O, Miami, HIP, Catalyst Miami, Children's Voice Chorus, and Bookleggers. I have also assisted Habitat for Humanity UK, MDC Foundation, Barry University, Touching Miami with Love, St. Mark's Episcopal School, Pioneer Winter Collective, O’ Cinema, Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida, CAJE, KidSide, and Arts 4 Learning.Prior to my work as a consultant, I served as the Director of Advancement for Guitars Over Guns. I successfully created and executed all aspects of a feasibility study on behalf of the Church by the Sea to assess and determine the overall viability of the creation of a church-funded non-profit foundation. As Director of Advancement, Major Gifts and Capital Campaigns at The Cushman School, I launched Cushman’s first capital campaign raising over $6 million.
