Provide clinical, operational, and administrative oversight for 6 programs including a SUD residential facility, specialized IOP program, HIV and prevention clinic, homeless street outreach and medical services, case management teams, and crisis department in Central and Northern Arizona.• Achieved a 32% Increase to our SUD residential facility census • Created a specialized IOP program that provided both IOP as well as case management and peer related services for the GMH population that optimized treatment engagement as well as revenue increase of 20%• Increased HIV-STI testing from 180 to 400 monthly in the community• Grew our Northern Arizona Crisis department to include brief intervention and gap services after a crisis, as well as a downtown “ambassador” program within Flagstaff• Wrote and received multiple grants and then provided the oversight of implementation, tracking, and reporting:- SAMHSA grant to provide homeless outreach and basic medical services within encampments throughout Maricopa County that was a pilot program for change at federal level- CM team that would allow for transition from residential facility to sober living home by paying for 1 month rent to assist individual with the ability to attend IOP programs and increase rates of sustained sobriety.- Developed an outpatient drop location for first responders to bring individuals identified as having a substance use concern to complete an intake assessment and make referrals to decrease arrest rates for those in need of treatment.
