As a liner for Multivacations at Melia Azul Ixtapa, I was responsible for "selling a dream" to prospective membership buyers. After providing a tour of our hotel and its amenities, I sat down with guests and (in both English and Spanish) described the benefits of acquiring a vacation membership.

Completed manual posting of funds insuring accuracy. • Researched and wrote detailed management audit of PLAN UK to assist in the modification of the organizations strategic operating plan, utilizing SWOT Analysis, Gant Charting and PESTLE Analysis.
