Program development for single family repair/replacement and small rental projects for Richland County, SC in the wake of 2015 flooding.

Ms. Crane is integral to the development and implemention of HUD CDBG-DR funded post disaster housing projects supporting grantees and their programs. She manages HUD CDBG post disaster housing programs at the programmatic level by integrating information technology, damage assessments, environmental review, construction, project draws, and project closeout. She also supports CDBG-DR programs as a Subject Matter Expert for program and policy development, process integration, and statutory and regulatory compliance. Projects worked include: Mississippi Development Authority Neighborhood Home Program, Texas GLO LRGV SETX and City of Galveston, NYC Build it Back, NYS GOSR SSBG, NJ RREM.

Litigated contract cases for small independent company and provided legal consultation services on contract preparation, HR/employee management and environmental statutory requirements. Assisted in developing legal clauses for independent contracts.

Represented low-income LA citizens in legal cases (litigation and settlement) in the southwestern and south central parishes of the state.

Represented clients in successions, divorce and child support cases. Instituted the first contestation and establishment action in the state of Louisiana.

Superfund Unit of Region 5. Reviewed responsive documents for FOIA requests. Wrote memorandums concerning waste classification under RCRA, lead waste generation at shooting ranges under RCRA, tolling of the statute of limitations after removal actions under CERCLA, and limitations related to perfection of CERCLA liens.
