As a teacher and a dance coach at Liberty Public Schools for nearly a decade, I have developed and demonstrated many transferrable skills that are valuable for various career opportunities. I have excelled in problem-solving, instructing and presenting, management, emotional intelligence, working under pressure, decision making, communication, and self-motivation, as evidenced by my multiple awards and recognition, including the Teacher of the Year and the SOAR Award.I hold an EdS and MEd in Educational Leadership and Administration, and Elementary Education. I am eager and excited to transition outside of the classroom and utilize my leadership skills in a different capacity. I am extremely driven and motivated, organized and forward-thinking, reliable and dedicated, and productive and proactive. I have the ability to envision the big picture and manage long-range plans, as well as to compartmentalize and prioritize tasks to efficiently complete assignments. I am looking for a challenging and rewarding role that aligns with my values, goals, and passions.
