Along with two other payroll accountants manage payroll processes for three companies and 1099 Board Member vouchers. Process weekly payrolls along with bi-weekly payrolls including expanse payrolls. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll taxes and monthly third party payroll deduction payments. Constantly improving processes and procedures.• Processing payrolls for three different companies on a weekly and bi-weekly schedule for over 2,000 employees. This includes all management, salaried exempt and non-exempt employees, 1099 Board Members and expanse payments. Also, processing off cycle correction checks, voids and termination checks in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and federal and state guidlines.• Processing weekly Board Member voucher and expense reimbursements through the payroll system.• Work directly with Human Resources personnel to ensure timely processing of all employee paperwork. Responsible for processing of all additional paperwork associated with paychecks to include final paychecks, miscellaneous bonuses, additional pay, payment requests, expanse reimbursements, moving reimbursements, relocation payments, employee deductions, and any other income or deduction items that impact the employee paycheck. • Frequent interaction with employees, field management and various functional work groups to research payroll issues and various Human Resource issues as they relate to the employee paychecks, timecards or FLSA status of the employee. Research issues, propose solutions, make corrections and review overall process for improvements. • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment. • Strong customer service skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Consistently performs the application of payroll/financial principals to a variety of complex transactions within a matrix organization. Day to day tactical execution of complex payroll issues. Assist in the development of policies and procedures for payroll process and timekeeping.• Processing the entire payroll process for over 2,600 employees for US and Canada companies to include all management, salaried exempt and non-exempt employees, including processing employee paychecks, off-cycle correction checks, voids and termination checks in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and federal, state and provincial guidelines. • Process a Bi-weekly Canadian payroll.• Responsible for special payroll runs to include annual bonuses, quarter-end payrolls, and annual Executive bonus runs. • Works directly with Human Resource personnel to ensure timely processing of all employee paperwork. Responsible for processing of all additional paperwork associated with paychecks to include final paychecks, spot bonuses, annual bonuses, additional pay, payment requests, employee deductions, and any other income or deduction items that impact the employee paycheck. • Processing weekly employee timecards for all global companies including timecard batch processing missing timecard reporting and providing customer support for completing employee timesheets in accordance with federal and state guidelines and corporate policies and procedures. Researches timecard issues.
