Over the years, gathering collectible and transferrable experience to enhance my professionalism and structure my crafts has been a quest in search of more. My work ethic and eagerness to be prepared allowed me to always be ready. The value and effort it takes sheds light on the surroundings and connections I've acclimated to. One important jewel I picked up through the many multifaceted relationships I maintain and admire is "when you have more than enough, you don't build a higher fence, you build a longer table so that everyone can have a seat". That quote placed a standard on what the ultimate purpose is - to serve. As a thinker, as a developer, as an asset, as a reliable source using not only skills but having the mindset to encourage and create space for others. In my development and recognizing my capabilities I can say, with more growth stems more deep rooted qualities. Those strengths alone have built my character and offer the incentive of value.I currently work as the Lead Recruiter/Driver Community Administrative for AxleHire. In this role, I assist driver inquiries from multiple regions throughout the east and west coast. Along with providing weekly statistical reports, updating and accommodating the AxleHire driver database, I am responsible for registration/onboarding and recruitment for new drivers joining the AxleHire platform.
