In my role at Skuid, I assisted the General Counsel and sales teams with contract review and execution. I personally reviewed and revised vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and GDPR-compliant data protection agreements. Additionally, I analyzed and tracked contract terms, obligations, and deadlines and worked with contract owners to ensure compliance. Furthermore, I assisted management with insurance policies and supported accounts receivables in collection of past due accounts.

I also retrieved, reviewed, redacted, and Bates stamped e-Discovery documents. Furthermore, I helped prepare separation agreements, non-compete agreements, and other employment-related documents. I also transcribed dictation, indexed pleadings and discovery documents, and updated and maintained files while reviewing client invoices for accuracy and processing vendor invoices for payments. My support duties included scheduling depositions, client conferences, court reporter appearances, and monthly interoffice section meetings.
