I teach yoga & fitness classes at studios, corporations & fitness facilities for adults of different ages and abilities. Most recent contracts are listed under my Experience information, and other past employers include: Gold's Gym, Karma Yoga Studios, Womens Fitness of Boston, Back Bay Yoga, Life in Synergy Studio, Bodyscapes, South Boston Yoga, Mission Hill Yoga, and Fitcorp. I have also lead retreats both locally & Internationally, and teach corporate classes for the Federal Reserve and The Museum of Fine Arts. Currently I teach online livestream yoga & barre, in addition to in-person classes.
