My responsibilities include but not limited to:* proactively seek opportunities to implement technology that will result in lean processes* performs ongoing evaluation of technology and appropriate utilization of applications* gathers requirements for approved programs/project * supports customers on tier 2 technical issues, investigating and resolving problems as necessary* maintains/updates application reference files, templates and forms*facilitate applications and device planning, testing, and training for upgrades and implementation* conducts ongoing evaluation of core processes and how applications impact these processes and makes recommendations for improvements* stay alert of new computer updates and capabilities* Trouble shoot application functional problems* Provide continual support for end users

Facilitate Laptop Help Folder Committee Creating and managing the HH Clinical Support and Data Integrity Committee team siteInform end users of new system updates and capabilities (i.e. Mileage Advisor, IDT Case Conferencing, System upgrade) Extract and submit OASIS data to CMS, including corrections of errors as needed.Notify appropriate parties when OASIS errors and rejections are encountered and makes approved corrections.Access and distributes OBQI, OBQM, and other relevant OASIS reportsInform end users of OASIS updates and revisions to processesDraft and compile necessary documentation for end users training

Assist with translating clinical documentation into electronic formatsExtract and submit OASIS data to, including corrections of errors as needed.Notify appropriate parties when OASIS errors and rejections are encountered and makes approved corrections.Access and distributes OBQI, OBQM, and other relevant OASIS reportsInform end users of OASIS updates and revisions to processes

Run daily reportsFax patient discharge summaries to physician officesAssists with assignments when needs are identified, completing projects as requestedData entry of OASIS assessment into healthcare application system
