- Project Management and delivery support of Copper, Cobalt and Nickel processing projects in Zambia. Our focus is on identifying distressed assets and applying engineering and business acumen to optimise profitability whilst delivering a positive impact to local communities. - Setup of an integrated ERP system for use in Project Management and Performance Management in a Nickel Mine Restart Project, including definition of value chain and support function KPIs, development of value driver trees, and analysis of performance processes from top to bottom- Mobilising value chain and business support functions: developing and implementation of the InPhase Performance Management system, interfacing with key department systems, optimised data collection and presentation, and basic and continuous development training. - Working with Impact Capital Africa to deliver their flagship conference in Lusaka, Zambia, in October 2018. Business development:- Led the introduction of the Business Development team tasked with identifying and pursuing new job opportunities, including development, implementation and monitoring of a client company database to establish and strengthen communication with new and existing clients respectively- Development and submission of project tenders, including review and interpretation of client-supplied information, development of project life and manpower schedules, man-hour and cost estimates Project management and delivery:- Orchestration of mechanical, electrical, chemical, and civil engineering components to achieve complete design of minerals processing plants. Project timeline and deliverables management to meet project milestones and review points- Assembly of reports of varying estimate class, which were used to secure international project financing; Pre-Feasibility, Bankable Feasibility and Front End Engineering Design studies for minerals exploration and exploitation projects, including projects in Africa, the Americas, the Middle East, Cuba and Europe Financial modelling and project cost management:- Formulation and evaluation of project finances through development of CAPEX, OPEX and financial modelling, custom designed for each client to ensure ease of understanding- Optimisation of CAPEX and OPEX financial evaluation spreadsheets which were adopted as company standard Engineering design and technical specifications:- Design of mechanical equipment, process plant and infrastructure specifications to meet production requirements specific to each location’s legislative and environmental requirements

- Use of RedPrairie Workforce Management (WFM) software to develop client-specific Time and Attendance solutions- Development of useful project tools aimed at improving team and overall business efficiency including an Excel-based solution tracking and configuration document, WFM Procedural and Best Practice documents. This was purchased by the Client for improved transfer of data between existing and newly purchased software- Work on projects for international clients

- Development of Engineering Procedural Document; incorporating detailed descriptions and protocols for all engineering management and design areas - Improvement and clarification of organisational communication pathways- Improvement of Excel-based main winder calculations and Quality Assurance documentation for major components in winder design- Changes were carried out successfully , resulting in considerable time saved and valuable improvements in design quality
