I am experienced in small (200mL) to large (750L) scale bioreactor and fermenter. I designed and conducted process development experiments to facilitate development of a second generation commercial process. I worked with mammalian cell line as well as bacterial cell line. I have extensive experience with gathering and using data from monitoring and analysis equipment such as YSI, BGA, HPLC, ViCell, pH and conductivity meter, halogen light and UV Spectrophotometer, and Novaflex2. I use micropipette and volumetric pipettes regularly. I am experienced in both table top centrifuges and large scale continuous centrifuges. I am well trained on aseptic techniques and perform frequent aseptic operations in the LAF and BSC hoods.
