-Management of voice and data infrastructure and all related services-Design, provision, implementation and management of VOIP telephone systems ranging from a single site to multi-sites-Provide telecommunications support to the facility and all client sites-Work with long distance and local vendors to coordinate installation of services.-Proficiency in telephony, Private Branch Exchange (PBX) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies.-Proficiency in telecom telephony technologies such as analog and digital services.-Ability to use telecom tools such as toners, buttsets and punch tools. -Responsible for maintenance and upgrade of internal, as well as all client VoIP and fax deployment, supporting applications and network hardware-Responsible for provisioning services on Voip ATA devices-Responsible for addressing error escalations of VoIP systems through internal ticketing system for Digium, Ring Central, ShoreTel and Mitel-Installed phones directly including cabling and initial set up for Sangoma, including wireless Sangoma Talk mobile solution

-Provided dedicated account management and weekly support to larger MSP clients-Responsible for daily administrative tasks of both local and wide area networks and components.-Provide operational, technical, and analytical support to client staff-Kept inventory of all networking equipment, parts and tools-Field network diagnostics, calibrations, software/firmware installs, Network configurations on printers including Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark, HP and Brother printers-Previously listed field work as well as provisioning and deployment of client Firewalls, switches, servers, NAS devices, POS systems, VoIP phone systems, wireless access points, camera systems, desktop and laptops, and client network cabling-Develop and maintain documentation for our network infrastructure and processes, ensuring that our systems are well-documented and easy to maintain

As a NOC Engineer I was tasked with supporting all client networks including, but not limited to;-infrastructure cabling, servers, switches, firewalls, camera systems, phone systems, line of business applications, backup and disaster recovery, wired and wireless network architecture, workstations, printers/copiers/fax and more.-Responsibilities included remote and onsite support at client sites for troubleshooting, updating and installation as well as liaising with vendors, service providers and third party application suites to ensure full functionality of client's businesses.-I successfully took over implementation, administration and troubleshooting of our internal phone system as well as administration on all client phone systems.-Keeping with top quality support from myself and my team in updating all documentation and knowledgebase information on all internal and client networks.-Also providing active 24x7 support in as part of our NOC after hours rotation.-Proficiency in the following technologies; All Windows operating systems, HP, Dell, Cisco, VMware, Active Directory, Sophos, Mitel, Allworx, Broadvoice, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Office 365.
