I am a social work entrepreneur by profession and an active community member with a background in program development, financial management, and philanthropy. I am currently serving as Interim-President for the National Association of Puerto Rican-Hispanic Social Workers where our mission is to organize Social Workers and Related Health Services professionals to strengthen, develop and improve the resources and services available to best meet the needs of the communities we serve.I am the Founder and CEO of Resilient Wealth Consulting, a social enterprise that aims to build economic power toward equitable distribution for organizations that serve historically marginalized communities. I have fundraised and managed portfolios of 2 million to 33 million budgets, with a philanthropic focus on capital funding from the government, corporations, the private sector, and foundations. I have also overseen plans for individual donor programs. I have a strong background in writing grants, proposals, reports, and briefs to provide strategic leadership support for organizations to thrive in their philanthropic goals. I have supported in developing and establishing organizational partnerships, expanding organization capacity, building curriculum on a broad scale of topics for educational purposes, staff training, and Board facilitation. Throughout the global pandemic, I supported educational-arts-based nonprofit transitional programming while also meeting their fundraising goals to sustain the programs established. In this process, I have served in senior leadership roles where I support the creation, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure their overall success while meeting their required fundraising goals.I am also a licensed financial professional with Revolution Financial Management recruiting and managing associates , and a licensed psychotherapist with Sandoval Psychotherapy Consultation LCSW, PLLC, where I provide individual and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds and needs, and psychological evaluations for immigration petitions.
