Coordinate, control and manage all Human Resources related activities. This includes, the evaluation of prospects, client/employee grievances and investigations, evaluation of client HR related training needs, coordinating drug free work program with clients, writing job descriptions and employee handbooks as well as maintain HR software used for on-boarding, recruiting and file management. Maintain training library. Ensure activities are executed in accordance with all federal/state laws, vendor agreements and within the client service agreement. Work with operations team to ensure quality service, resolve issues, and determine training needs.

Assist the Managing Partner in the sourcing, recruiting, and selection of new and experienced Life Insurance Agents, Registered Representatives, and Sales Managers.

Own customer account, Dow/Dupont Chemical, market top talent to clients, identify additional revenue opportunities within accounts, proactively resolve customer service issues, and continuously identify improvement opportunities. Establish long-term relationships with, coach, and provide client feedback to portfolio of more than 100 contractors. Conceptualize, execute, and refine strategies to attract and retain clients and talent alike.
