1) Lead development pro-actively & engage business partners of the TFSprogram within the APAC region in line with the overall Bayer Globaldirection. Lead TFS topic within APAC and initiate & coordinate processenhancement on global & regional level; share & learn experience fromthe regional workshop with peers.2) Support key global initiatives including standardized, globallyapproved BMS Procurement Policies, Approval Policies, StandardOperating Procedures and Spending Authorizations by reviewing withlocal APAC upper management and tailoring to APAC specific needs. BeResponsible for PROTRA Academy in APAC region. Provide tailor-madetrainings to ensure organization is properly trained to utilize systemsrequired per functional competencies.3) Analyze and report on Procurement KPIs, spend data, and supplierperformance via BW queries and system reports to ensure that processesare operating efficiently in APAC. Coordinator for Reporting tools(roiPE, AO), LCM, ICS.4) Owner of the PROTRA APAC Connections site responsible formaintaining and updating the website with the latest policies,financials, and system support information5) Global Category Caretaker for ‘Technical Goods’ providing financialsupport, market intelligence, and Procure to Pay process improvementsas well as completing special projects and tasks by Global CategoryHead6) APAC Power User for Supplier Relationship Management tool (P4U) forall APAC Requisitioners and Procurement End Users responsible fortraining and system support; independently host and develop scheduledtrainings. Analyze & consolidate the local change requirements to GPO.7) APAC Power User for employee training and development tool(Procurement and Trading Academy); responsible for system support andtraining guidance.8) Plan, implement and develop global and regional strategies andprocurement sourcing initiatives as the sole APAC representative forthe Global Procurement Expressive Bidding.

- Assists the BUM/BUC in day to day operations of Business Unit, CSS / CSA acts an active role in organizing customer visits and site audits.- AR management. Track timeliness of customer payments, and work with Finance to resolve invoice issues.- Initiate Shipping Request Forms and track/monitor shipments status. Work with Master Planner to ensure accurate shipping dates are met. Provide Customer with order confirmation where required.- Administers Quoting process. This covers, but not limited to - assist their assigned BUM/BUC/DBM in establishing and maintaining the customer relationship of running the day to day operations inclusive of transaction of business administration of designated Business Unit. The CSS/CSA may act on behalf of the BUC/BUM in matters relating to their project responsibilities to the extent that each BUM/BUC deems appropriate.
