My curiosity gives birth to my strengths. My love of learning keeps my perspectives fresh. My sense of adventure keeps me connected to nature and physically active so I can keep my feet on the journey. I am zestfully passionate about my chosen profession and I am continually amazed at how important holistic health is for my clients and patient population. After 14 years in the wellness business, I am still in awe of the interconnectedness of mind and body. It is palpable how mental and physical pain shows up in the body in such a bio-individual way. My skills translate by the ability to note these Physiological changes giving me the intuitive presence to offer the population I so gratefully serve, giving them an “inner standing” without taking autonomy away from the same population. This is how I chose to become a key aid in supporting holistic practices and facilitating healing, a safe space for each piece of the puzzle to be lovingly cared for genuinely, and judgment-free.
