About Tiffany Lamoreaux

"Business as usual" company culture stifles creativity and weakens your efficiencies. Welcoming diverse perspectives while building a strong culture of belonging will enhance your ability to innovate and find solutions. Are you ready to move out of business as usual and learn a better way of leading? I am a skilled Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) program manager and educator with over seven years of experience working in public and non-profit institutions. I have a knack for making challenging and sometimes controversial topics consumable and applicable to the client's workplace needs. I create engaging employee trainings and train others on building supportive empowering environments for all staff. I'm also a skilled cat-herder; I make things happen! Over the past 10 years I sharpened my skills on facilitating organizational learning while developing sustainable structures of support for EDI work. I can teach students and employees in the classroom, boardroom, or even virtually! As a people person, I am extremely talented at building partnerships, cultivating relationships, collaborating with multiple stakeholders - particularly community stakeholders, and resource leveraging. I also hold several years of higher education teaching experience on topics of gender, race, and class. In all of my teaching, I strive to link the legacy of the past with the realities of the present. Let's start building healthy company cultures today! Are you ready?
