• Consult with clients to identify their needs. Brainstorm and implement a big picture brand strategy to help clients better reach their target audiences and communicate their value proposition.• Set company vision and act as liaison between co-owner, contract workers, and clients. Set goals, organize annual reviews, manage deadlines, track progress for each project at a micro level, manage timeline and responsibilities for all clients at a macro level, monitor and create content for social media accounts, etc.• Compose presentations for current clients and pitch services to potential clients.• Manage budget and track financials. Coordinate with CPA to ensure accurate documentation for the federal and state governments. Execute campaigns to maximize publicity with limited budget. Ex. use targeted social media advertising to reach the audience most likely to engage with our services.• Monitor website analytical data and adjust strategy accordingly. Track the overall success of efforts and identify trends in the collected data.

• Primarily responsible for the annual publication plan for all audiences. This includes the overall campaign design, content, timing, and concept for each piece; implementation of over 120 annual print pieces; and coordination with Printing and Central Mail Services.• Manage a team of three to four designers. Assign projects and help guide implementation. Prioritize growth and professional development of staff.• Reimagine processes and find creative solutions with two main goals: to keep us on the leading edge of our competitors while also decreasing expenses. Ex: redesigned the admission letter experience to maximize admission impact, enhance student experience, break new ground among competitors, and save up to 90 cents per admit for the University ($13,500 annually).• Use predictive modeling and outcome data to refine our campaign plan and maximize efficiency. Provide targeted messaging to various audiences and funnel them through the steps from prospect to applicant to admit to incoming freshman.• Develop and implement a prospective student texting strategy focused on personal and authentic connection, even when being used in a mass automated manner. We see significant success with our texting strategy and frequently use texting to encourage a higher than normal completion rate for specific tasks such as event registration.• As needed: Write content that fits within our brand voice, connects with the audience, and drives interest; write, build, and queue emails in our CRM system to audiences of up to 100,000; make updates to the content and structure of the website; monitor and create content for social media; set call campaigns and motivate student staff at the Communication Center; and personally engage with prospective students at events and tour presentations to represent the OU family while providing information about our programs and processes.
