Conducted needs analysis, group trainings, coaching sessions, and leadership workshops. Implemented post session surveys and in-depth analysis of learning impact. Managed the corporate Individual Contributor (IC) Program for the In-Home Services division. Researched, developed and created all content, organized offerings, facilitated sessions, and conducted post session surveys for analysis specific to the IC Program. Worked closely with Leadership Development Instructional Designers in developing national curriculum as well as workshop content. Received the CPAW (Curiosity, Pride, Adventure & Winning) Award in 2017.

Key contributor on a 5-person HR project team charged with implementing a global HRIS. Managed global data (over 1,700 employees) associated with the implementation of this project. In addition, co-managed the background of the new HRIS, SuccessFactors. Ensured the integrity of the HRIS information, and liaised with HRBPs, employees, managers, DDG (system implementation consultants), as well as HRIS implementation team.
