Ethnocultural Support Services is a USC peer program that aims to advocate, support, and campaign for BIPOC individuals on campus. We highlight and address issues surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion and work towards creating programming and opportunities for all students.• Co-led the anti-racism task force research team, successfully advocating for the implementation of Western's Racism Reporting tool• Created original graphics and other media for over 15+ digital campaigns• Promoted LIMITLESS, ESS' largest conference that drew in over 200 attendees including working professionals and students across disciplines

The Off-Campus Advising service provides students and other members in the London community free consultation on questions and surrounding landlord & tenant rights under Ontario Rental Law (RTA)• Translated the RTA into more digestible and comprehensible terms for the London community• Managed calls and emails while on-duty, tailoring and adapting advice to specific situations• Researched legal information as necessary to best serve unique cases
