• Frontline telephone and email support for LTA including complaints handling• Prepare workshop materials and send to all attendees before their session• Remind RMA face-to-face workshop and conference attendees in advance and in writing of the venue location, to bring their ID, the requirement to sign the attendance sheets, of start and finish times of sessions, and attendance requirements. • Organising venue for workshops and conferences with other stakeholders• Providing administrative support to online distance learning participants when they encounter issues• Organising and compiling workshop feedback to the Director • Prepare tax invoices and receipts for the workshops and payment of venue hire and equipment• On mobile stand-by for face-to-face events in case of crisis or emergency• Updating policies and procedures, WHS and other internal documentation for the Director• Managing the reporting of RMA completion of CPD subjects and modules to the Office of the MARA

Sambag Sydney is a retail and fashion company which mainly sell shoes through physical stores and online orders.I was responsible in writing Christmas Cards and packing the gifts. As I was more familiarized with company's operation system, I was authorized to sending out the orders. I have learnt the system effectively (computer system and manually) regarding to book courier times. In addition, I was involved with one of the photo shoots.

Shaizy Shoes is a start-up company who design the shoes and sell them through markets and online. I assist the company in building up customer and buyer's databases. I was responsible for managing company's facebook account such as daily updates. In order to increase the sales, I went online to select some pictures that match the shoes and combine them. It provides an example to customer of how they can match their outfits with the shoes. We have received several orders after I posted the combined pictures up.

This was a part-time job throughout my bachelor degree. It was a small busy cafe. I was an all rounder, helping cleaning up the dishes, serving customers, doing coffees etc.
