I have successfully hired and onboarded new employees for the grand opening of two Memphis stores, ensuring that they meet qualifications and fit the culture of the company. I also manage the compensation and benefits packages for the employees, based on the market data and the company's budget. I use my customer experience skills, which I developed and honed at Lyft, to communicate effectively and empathetically with the employees, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues.
