Create Fedex and UPS labels to ship payroll packages locally as well as across the United States to ensure payroll is delivered in a timely manner. • Monitor and escalate customer service complaints both inside and outside of the payroll department by creating cases on our internal CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) database while maintaining a turnaround time of 24 hours or less in resolving those issues.
