I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. I spent five years as a Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines and then took a multi-year break to raise my children. Since returning to the workforce, I managed Equipment Recovery for Uhaul and have supervised 65 drivers for a logistics company in my role as an Account Manager for their largest client, Georgia Pacific. I would love a role with extensive customer interaction. That is where I excel and would have the most positive impact on the company.
