I have been in the Healthcare world for 33 years. I worked through the different departments such as laundry, housekeeping and dietary which led me to become a Nationally Certified Dietary Manager. Nineteen years ago I took a different path and entered into a Business Office Manager postion for a small nursing home with no experience after having my first child. Today I a hold a Director of Revenue postion. I have experience in billing claims, assisting with Medicaid applications, working with the Medicaid MCOs and much more. My Medicaid knowledge includes Iowa, Kanasa and currently training on Minnesota.
