I have been working in human resources in some capacity for many years, most recently at the Department of Environmental Quality as a human resources analyst since 2016. My past experiences include time in private industry, state government and the non-profit sector. I have acquired roles in benefits, payroll, recruiting, reporting, and on boarding. As a human resource professional and often times the first person a new hire meets, it is important to put them at ease. I take pride in making them feel comfortable and getting acclimated to the organization. I recently finished my Master’s degree in Human Resources Management to expand my knowledge base in the field. I keep abreast of all employment laws, standards and regulations to provide the best service to the employees of the agency and ensure compliance. I enjoy solving problems and helping my organization grow.
