Serve on Center's leadership team, influencing Center-level strategic planning and decision making;Recruit, hire, train and lead team, including professional staff, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students in executing professional development opportunities for instructional faculty; Co-lead evaluation, assessment, and research initiatives, including the development, distribution, and analysis of all-faculty needs assessment and follow up focus groups;Track progress related to achievement of goals tied directly to the department's strategic plan;Develop and manage annual departmental budget

Provide case management services regarding education, employment, and financialliteracy to low income housing residents in local community;Supervise Program Coordinator and student interns;Develop program outcomes, create and track assessment of these outcomes;Assist Executive Director by serving on community committees and councils, planningspecial events, and creating collaborative partnerships with area agencies;Design and facilitate financial literacy programming; direct facilitation of employmentreadiness programming

Comprehensive management of daily operations of 61 unit Project-Based Section 8 program and 60 unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Coordinate services with area aging service providers to allow older adult residents to live independently. Develop communication avenues between residents and management staff (newsletters, monthly manager meetings)Design monthly Life Long Learning Activities (fire safety, weekly exercise activities) and monthly fellowship dinners

Develop case management plans for residents participating in self-sufficiency program.

Work with domestic violence victims to secure housing and employment. Conduct skills assessment and design individualized training plan based on assessment results. Provide referral resources to clients seeking assistance in the community.Act as on call supervisor on rotating night and weekend schedule to assist with emergency situations.Provide supervision to paraprofessional staff.
