Documents all patient’s encounters as appropriate in hospital documentation system and assists with the development of standardized reports on quality, utilization, processes and outcomes of the care coordination process. Responsible for coordinating care and providing guidance to primarily low-risk patients. Interacts with patient and patient caregivers as appropriate to ensure continuity of care, patient adherence to care plans, and identifications of barriers preventing adherence to care plan. Gathers information regarding the individual patient’s needs by collaborating with members of the patient’s care team to assist in developing a comprehensive care plan.

Schedules MRI scan visits and confirm sessions with participants and families. Facilitates participant flow by greeting them upon arrival and ensuring clear communication throughout the entire visit, including during the scan. Ensures a high-quality participant experience during their visit. Performs data collection with participants and parents. Tracks and manages key data associated with the MRI visit under the supervision of the Research Site Supervisor. Conducts MRI screening and urine sample collection. Ensures the protection of personal and sensitive information collected from participants.

ABA training and NYS Child Abuse/Mandated reporter. Works collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. Provides in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy. Collects behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Responsible for thorough session notes immediately after session.

Works one-on-one with 2 -3-year-old children receiving early intervention services under the direct supervision of certified personnel. Monitors classroom supplies and follow daycare procedures for child safety Participate in training and educational modules on autism and training in ABA Therapy Collaborate with related service providers including Speech Therapists, Occupation Therapists, and other professionals. Ensure compliance with governmental authorities in all operational practices and compliance with state regulations.
