Consulting Projects are one of the biggest parts of the Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management Program. I have been working in Barcelona for 4 months on a consultancy project for the Agricultural Department of BASF. The main objective was to conduct a market research on the changing agricultural trends and the recently emerging so-called “zero-residue” products. Together with my team, we have been working alongside Technicians and Farmers to determine whether or not BASF should enter the “zero-residue” products market, acquire an already existing product or a company, or leave this particular market alone.
