CMSgt Tiffany S. Sargent is the Wing Senior Enlisted Leader for the 492 Special Operations Wing. She leads the Wing Staff and serves as the Deputy Wing Command Chief and next echelons Senior Enlisted Leader. CMSgt Sargent advises the Wing on all issues relating to operations, readiness, morale, health, welfare, personnel staffing, and professional development. She leads combat ready forces to conduct and support global Special Operations Force specific joint, inter-agency, intergovernmental, and multinational engagements. CMSgt Sargent oversees planning, implementation, and synchronization of Special Operations Forces Strike, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, Mobility, and Air to Ground Integration into United States Special Operations Command and Geographic Combatant Command priorities. She drives Total Force Integration initiatives with the Reserve Wing and oversees staff coordination and interface between the wing and other partners to provide global deployment support for over 1600 Wing personnel.CMSgt Sargent entered the Air Force in July 2003, graduated the Personnel technical training school in October 2003, has over 21 years of service and has held a variety of leadership positions serving at the squadron and Headquarters levels as well as an Joint Task Force Operations Superintendent. She has significant joint, special operations, mobility, and nuclear command experience and has deployed in direct support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, and SPARTAN SHIELD. CMSgt Sargent’s stateside assignments include bases in Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Montana, and Arkansas. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as the Chief Enlisted Manager of Manpower,Personnel, and Services, Head Quarters Air Force Special Operations Command, Hurlburt Field, Florida.
