- Manage, mentor, and lead a sales force of over 70+ real estate agents and 5+ staff- Effectively coordinate, organize, and manage all office activities, transactions, customer service and marketing strategies- Manage and supervise accounting system including reconcile bank accounts, invoice agents, pay bills, and prepare commissions- Efficiently respond to requests from business partners and cooperating agents- Oversees 50+ monthly client files from beginning to closing- Maintain high level of confidentiality and trust with secure information- Coordinate 50+ events, meetings and parties for clients, teams, and the community, boosting morale, teamwork, and public outreach- Maintain maximum efficiency and profitability through constant review and improvement of financial decisions and processes- Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans- Maintains all personnel files and handle HR and Payroll issues

- Develop creative and strategic event for various occasions exceeding the clientele's expectation and making their wish, a reality- Ensure execution of project deliverables maintaining consistent communication with the clientele- Maintains situational awareness of clientele's budget outlining the best course of action to remain within or under budget- Manage overall event logistics ensuring excellent customer service and minimum stress and disruption to the celebration - Work with a fluid team of people to plan events and coordinate day-of event management - Develop meaningful client relationships to help establish and execute an event vision board- Coordinate 100+ events, meetings and parties for clients, teams, and the community
