• Employment as a project worker, covering the London Borough of Hillingdon, I work with clients who have mild to moderate learning disability, mental health, drug and alcohol issues and physical disabilities. • I was successful in securing a new contract within the Hounslow area for a travel training service for youngerpeople. In addition, I ensured another year contract after addressing commissioners from the London Boroughof Hillingdon.• I manage my own case loads on a daily basis, providing various support such as helping clients who are homeless, or becoming homeless, and assisting clients for appeals against banding decisions, and offer advice and action points for debt, benefits, bills, budgeting, employment, education and social interactions.

During the period of July 2011 and February 2012, I became acting manager for two services, which included responsibilities such as: dealing with the team budget, liasing with professionals across many different categories and pitching for further contracts.
