As a Building Services Manager, I am responsible for the management of custodial operations within my assigned campus zone. I directly supervise Building Services Worker Lead whose responsibilities are to oversee all custodial needs for buildings around campus. I am responsible for distributing information and training material related to productivity, safety, and work performance. I Provide guidance to Building Service Worker Leads regarding personnel concerns, team performance, employee development, employee performance, overall work results, and meeting our customer needs and satisfaction. I assist the Assistant Director and can serve as a backup as needed. Works closely with other managers within FMD and shifts to ensure seamlessness of operations including work routines, equipment, and supply recommendations and purchases.
