In my eight years working in the service industry, I learned to communicate and understand the wants and needs of people of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, etc. When I became a saleswoman, I was able to use those skills in a much more efficient and fruitful way because I was generating more profit by helping customers see value. I soon discovered that sales was my niche because I was not only winning various competitions, but I was bringing an energy to the team that we hadn’t experienced before. The more the team morale increased, my personal sales, and the overall team sales, were growing exponentially as well. I have developed leadership skills that have helped me utilize the uniqueness of others to see, not only the value in themselves, but also the products and services that I represent. I am so grateful for my opportunity with CloudPires to not just help individuals, but entire organizations. It is easy to sell something that helps others, and that I truly believe in.
