In this role, I design and deliver curriculum for an online, 12-module course to prepare students to earn their CPT certification. All programs are taught in an open-entry, open-exit format, providing real-world training in Central Sterile Processing based on national certification requirements.

In 2019, I created and currently lead a Practical Management in Healthcare course for David Eccles School of Business that is delivered online and in-person to dozens of graduate students.I deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and assess student projects to optimize learning outcomes. I also use case method and simulations to allow students to practice responding to real-life scenarios. I am currently teaching three sections of the course, with a total of 45+ graduate students.I previously instructed undergraduate students in courses such as Human Sexuality and Death and Dying at the College of Health (2016-2017).

In this role, I lead/mentor direct reports while guiding the development and implementation of graduate programs, courses, and faculty training. Additionally, I manage budgeting, human resources, customer service, special projects, marketing content, department policies, and goal-setting. Some accomplishments in this role include:• Partnered with careers services and academic advising team to capture a 94% graduate placement rate.• Proved vital in increasing student admissions 24%, growing program to 120+ graduate students.• Increased female student enrollment by 10% while growing out-of-state enrollment by 8% since 2019. • Grew contribution margin 30% since 2019 and assist in the development of the annual program budget. • Launched and continue to manage the U-Mentor Program, a one-year mentoring program for students that creates internship and job opportunities for participants; grew program to 50+ mentors.• Introduced emphasis tracks for the program that included a fellowship track, long-term leadership track, and data analytics track; worked with advisors and faculty to assign core courses and specialties. • Managed the transition from in-person classes to 100% online instruction within one week in response to the Covid-19 pandemic closures; achieved strong student reviews during that time.In addition to these accomplishments, I serve on the program's Executive Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Community Advisory Board (Non-Voting Member), and Admissions Committee. I am also the Faculty Advisor for the Master of Healthcare Administration Student Association.

In this early role, I tracked and analyzed entrance requirements and evaluations, completed graduation evaluations, and reviewed post-internship evaluations and recommendations to identify ways to enhance program performance. My contributions include:• Developed and managed consistent recruiting and marketing initiatives, yielding a 28% increase in the number of submitted applications for admissions each year. • Facilitated the planning and implementation of the UMentor Healthcare Leadership Program to align students with leaders in their fields, creating opportunities for internships and job placements.

During this time, I managed all Allied Health programs, including curriculum management, student retention, material delivery, instructor hiring and training, completion and retention rate management, and accreditation standards tracking and monitoring. Additionally, I managed the programmatic accreditation process and maintained strict standards of performance. I also completed monthly SOX audits for all programs on campus.

During this time, I developed and delivered medical assisting curriculum for on ground students and advised students on academic and practical performance, career development, and mentoring. Finally, I cultivated strong relationships with area employers in the Allied Health field to increase program quality and assist in student placement efforts.

During this early point in my career, I directed all administrative operations for this private medical group, including departmental budgets and provider contracts. I also managed human resources activities, including hiring of administrative staff, payroll, and employee training. Among my other contributions, I maximized the practice's financial position by developing accurate insurance billing and coding processes.
