I have the privilege to be one of the co-founders of Prydes Support. The three co-founders bring completely different skill sets making us unique in our service delivery. For 10 years I co-owned an accounting practice (no I am not a qualified accountant, thank goodness), after selling the business I completed a law degree while homeschooling my two wonderful children. As the Chief Finacial Officer and Director of People and Culture at Prydes Support I am able to assist with building services within the business instead of just crunching numbers. We are a service provider mainly for those who receive NDIS funding. We live and breathe our vision of being fully inclusive both for our employees and for our participants. We want everyone to be themselves, we celebrate individuality. My latest project is working on ways for clients who want more quality social interaction to build lasting connections as well as support our clients to attain & retain employment.
