I am a spiritual practitioner, coach and facilitator who creates brave spaces for folks to build their effectiveness, impact and emotional intelligence. After spending years as a classroom teacher and school administrator, I transitioned to coaching teachers and principals to develop their mindsets and DEI competencies. I deeply believe Grace Lee Boggs' words: "transform yourself to transform the world.”Now, I have committed my life to supporting folks in their healing journey -- both individually and communally. I work with schools and organizations to provide DEI coaching, consulting and facilitation. I can also craft DEI strategy. I also work with young people ages 18-25 and women of color to curate group spaces for them to heal and build deeper connections to themselves.I have invested many years in my own healing and wellness and I am deeply passionate about others feeling supported, empowered and held as they develop personally. Please, connect with me to discuss consulting, speaking or facilitation opportunities. I can also support groups and organizations with change management and conflict mediation. I love building authentic relationships and supporting others in their personal and professional journeys. Peace and love to all.
