My career has always been about serving others, and I have been a proud member of the Gilbert’s family since 2005.I have spent my life and career in and around the Shenango Valley, where I also completed my education and am now raising my family, so I understand what is important to the people in the community where I work and live.What I enjoy most is working with individuals and families to create solutions before problems even exist…to make sure that there are suitable resources available to carry them through the unexpected events that happen in life, every day. After 165 years in the Valley, many think we are just another “Insurance Agency”. The fact is, we are much, much more. Our many customers know us as trusted partners, advisors…experts. At times I travel to my client’s homes, I meet them for lunch, for coffee. I listen, I learn. I work with their best interests at heart, providing service and care that is just not available through a website. Sure, in today’s world in a matter of minutes you can always find a low price…but doesn’t time spent building a lasting relationship make more sense?
