Vice President - People
CurrentAs a member of the Executive team reporting to CEO, the VP of People role scope is to architect and build inaugural People function – maximize performance, professional growth, and fulfillment for all employees while ensuring all policies/practices are equitable and compliant. Establish an HRBP foundation by serving as a strategic advisor to leadership and as conduit to the voice of employees. Actively champion culture – drive employee engagement, advance DEI initiatives, and ensure that company values are meaningfully pervasive throughout the organization. Refine our approach to talent acquisition strategy and drive best practices around pipeline sourcing, lead nurturing, and candidate assessment. Elevate our Performance Management process by instilling goal oriented, metric driven objectives and best practices for professional development, talent calibration, and employee retention. Oversee the Total Rewards strategy - corporate benefits and career framework. Lead all organizational design efforts with the Executive team. Own and continuously improve the People Ops technology stack.
